I just discovered this guy over the weekend and he's mental! Now I know why Filipinos can be late for appointments but they don't mind at all! :) And while they can be sensitive, they are also a great friendly bunch who do not mind laughing at themselves and their quirks, as demonstrated on this audio recording of Navarrete's skits.
